Floor Plans

We are a paperless payment community. All payments must be made online via e-check, credit card, or remote deposit through the resident portal: https://resident.eliseai.com/building/a710c146-2db3-11ef-9a52-bf425046e25c. Online rent payments must be submitted for the full rent amount; partial payments may be rejected.

The security deposit is generally refundable, but it may not be returned in full if there are damages to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear, or if there are any outstanding charges or unpaid rent at the time of move-out. It's always a good idea to ensure the apartment is in good condition and all dues are cleared before moving out.

The minimum credit score is 500, and in some cases, a higher deposit or fee may be required. Income is verified and must be 3x the monthly rent. Government issued identification (State DL, ID or Passport) and Social Security Card must be presented for verification. Additionally, criminal background checks are part of the application process. Co-signers are accepted for those who don't meet income standards or require higher deposits. They must have an income of 4x the rent and 675+ credit score. Rental history is verified and expected to be positive.

A self-guided tour allows you to explore the community and available apartments at your own pace without a leasing agent accompanying you. It's a great way to get a feel for the place on your own terms.
