Each request for personal service will be considered on
an individual basis, based on the service requested, and will be performed after regular
maintenance requests are completed. Residents are limited to two hours of personal service
per year.

Jump-Start Assistance
So, it’s Monday morning and you have a big meeting at the office
in a half-hour. You get in your car, and….nothing. Fortunately, the Harbour Pointe
maintenance staff is there to help. And we even have our own equipment, so you don’t
have to worry about jumper cables.
Care-Free
Move-In Program
We will contact the Indianapolis Power and Light Company and have the service for your new
home transferred into your name, effective on your move in date. We will also, with
your signature, disconnect your existing service at your current address on the date you
specify.
We will contact Ameritech and have your new phone service hooked up after
discussing with you the services you want. We can also have your current phone
service disconnected on the date you specify. We will notify you with your new phone
number.
If there is anything else we can do to make your move more convenient,
please let us know.
Copier
& Fax Service
When you have copies to make or an urgent fax to send, the Harbour Pointe office staff is
happy to help. Both services are available during our regular office hours.
Personal Alarm
Systems
For your peace of mind, each apartment in Harbour Pointe is equipped with an individual
electronic alarm system. In addition, the community is enhanced with a new lighting system
throughout the property. Just one more way we take care of you!
